To lose 3 pounds, to walk at least 100 miles, to do the pushup challenge, to stay in my nutritional range at least 27 days and to drink 10 glasses of water a day.

Trying to maintain my weight. We'll be camping during the middle of the month and it's hard to keep on plan during vacations. So I'm hoping that at the end of September I'll be within my goal range.

1) Strength train three times a week.
2) Walk two miles each day.
3) Zumba class three times a week.
4) I've said in the past lose a pound a week, but that doesn't seem to be happening so perhaps that isn't realistic so maybe for September I'll decrease it to half a pound a week.

1. I would like to lose the 2 pounds I've gained on vacation. I can do it in one month. THis is REALISTIC for me.

2. More exercise! 5 days each week.
This is REALISTIC too.
