The foundation for my goals June 2009 are the 9 healthy guidelines. 1. To incorporate the guidelines into my daily life. 2. To adopt a healthier attitude towards eating. 3. To maintain a healthy weight. 4. To take time for a "me" activity each day. 5. Make an effort at least 1 day a week to communicate with friends.

To start a serious weight lifting program To hire a knowledgable trainer to help me with the program To join a gym this Monday (Have been researching this for a week and have made a decision which one is the best for me) To eat less sugar laden foods (started WW simply filling technique yesterday) To continue interval training with more emphasis on jogging than walking
