My Goals and expectations for June 2009 are:
To start a serious weight lifting program
To hire a knowledgable trainer to help me with the program
To join a gym this Monday (Have been researching this for a week and have made a decision which one is the best for me)
To eat less sugar laden foods (started WW simply filling technique yesterday)
To continue interval training with more emphasis on jogging than walking
Have I met my goals?
Have I seen any results?
