This is wonderful information. Thanks for sharing. I learned the hard way by removing practically all fat from my diet that it is necessary. I have been adding it back. I was quite intrigued by the varieties of fats including coconut milk and palm oils which when used correctly are actually healthy. It confirms my hunch that my higher cholesterol is internal given my diet. I will now experiment with even a greater quantitiy of healthy fat. In moderation, of course.
