dinner ...

I think I'd spend too much time planning and thinking of food if I tried the 6 mini's. Anyone that's doing 6 mini's find this to be a problem?

Usually Dinner because it is an old habit, but I am gradually changing that to Lunch. More Salad or Soup for dinner.

I do 6 mini meals as well but I would say that either breakfast and/or lunch are my largest meals.

What works for me the best is actually 6 mini meals per day. It keeps me satisfied.

If I was eating a large meal, my preference would be a large meal at lunch time instead of dinner time.

I'll celebrate 10 years of maintenance on July 2nd, 2014!
