I'm a smoothie person!

1 banana
1 cup frozen berries (or any fresh fruit)
4 tlbspns plain yogurt
2 tspns flax oil
1 cup skimmed milk

Whizz it up and drink. Divine! AND SO EASY!

i usually have a 2 point yogurt or oatmeal for my breakfast. sometimes i like a 100 calorie multi grain english muffin too.

I'm low carb so it's eggs and bacon for me. Skim chocolate milk. And a half grapefruit or orange.
