I find that if I plan to eat three wonderful meals a day (I may have the salad or fruit a couple of hours later), I can go months without junk food of any kind.
One time I saw the recipe for Cinnabons. It was SO full of fat and sugar that I haven't been able to take a bite of a cinnamon roll since, long ago one of my favorite foods. Seeing the recipe is a wonderful cure for craving.
