Welcom and good luck. You can do it!

Here are three ways to start with:

1) Our recipes are organized in 50 food categories.
Many of the recipes have WW points value.
Please click on the red underlined title above (on our home page)" General Team Discussion Forum" to discover our wonderful food categories.
Click on each category to find individual recipes.

2) Please click on the second thread(topic) below "General Team Discussion Forum", called "USEFUL WEBSITES TO SHARE". (it's on our home page also).
Find the two posts (2 pages)of links with the "stop sign" icons. (it's still in the organization stage...more will be added later).
There are so far 9 categories as: recipes with WW points, recipes with complete nutrition informaion, Core recipes and more....
Each link in most categories will provide you a wealth of wonderful recipes.

3) MOMOFALEX also mentioned that SparkPeople has wonderful collection of recipes (thank you! great idea).
On to the right, in "Today on SparkPeople", please find in black letters "Quick Links" title.
Click on the bottom one, "SparkRecipes.com" and that will lead you to SparkPeople recipes.

I've found lots of great recipes in this team - the most recent being the Sticky Teriyaki Chicken, and the Spicy Baked Sweet Potatoes (from SparkPeople, not specfifically from this team).

Hi everyone, my name is Carol and I am over 50 and overweight. I've owned a couple of restaurants and have never counted points or calories. I need to learn how to make myself and my family healthy, and this sure looks like the place I need to be.
