This is a great site with great people. The nutrition tracker alone has made a huge impact on my life and overall health. I just rejoined the YMCA with my family. Even if I only go walk the treadmill, I know I am making a difference step by step for myself.

Well - you've come to the right place. I've only been doing this for about 6 weeks and am gradually adding new habits to my routine (like daily exercise & water). I can't wait to see the weight loss happen and in the meantime am feeling so much better than I have in a LONG time. And am meeting some very interesting people from all over.
