How did the Color Run go for you? I was there yesterday and had a blast! I'm a runner (but, not a fast one by ANY stretch of the word), and as far as a good time, it really depends more on your training and fitness level. For my first 5k, the goal was just to finish!
Through my three-year running journey, I've come to realize that the race is really more with myself than others, as there is no way I'll ever be in a position to compete with the elite runners. The important thing is that you keep with it, keep pushing yourself outside your comfort zone, and HAVE FUN!
I hope the Color Run was a fun experience for you!
Welcome to the team. The Color Run looks like so much fun. I would love to do it in the future. Good luck with it. Enjoy yourself with this 5K. It will be the first of many. You can be so proud of yourself for taking the step forward to do this.
Welcome! That's one I'd love to do but, with my allergies, there's no way. Ah Well. Have a GREAT time and good luck!

Thanks for taking the time to pop in and say 'hi'! I've never done an organized run or walk, so I don't really know what the decent times would be. Personally, I would just try my best and then try to do even better during my next event. The Color Run looks awesome! Hope you have a great time!!! Please let us know how it goes, and let us know whenever you have questions or need encouragement!

Here I am. And I am regretting my slide on the 4th (and 5th) But still determined. A little nervous, I am doing the "Color Run" here next weekend. Anyone else? My first Run of any kind. I have been doing some training. I will not run all of it, But I will do a good amount for my first time. Anyone Know what a decent time is for a fun run 5K first time?
