There are so many great resources here! I recommend starting with the nutrition/food tracker because that is the key element in weight loss for most people. I lost about 40 lbs before I started exercising, and then when I did start it was just a little walking here and there. Now, I exercise every day. I biked 60 miles just the other day. So, the whole thing about setting small goals and building from those successes totally works! I can't put into words how much of a change of lifestyle is possible when you put all your effort into it!
Once you're comfortable with tracking your food on a daily basis, start exploring more areas of this site. I still find something new here almost every day. By tracking everything since May 2011 and using the other features here to keep myself focused, I lost 90 pounds and have maintained that loss for almost a year now. It takes a little bit of time, but it is sooooo worth it! Let us know whenever you have questions or need encouragement!
