I hope you find your motivation somewhere. I have found that reading through a few Spark Pages a day really helps me. You read about real people who are open about what they are doing, what their goals are and the hurdles in their lives. It really makes me feel like I am not alone and there are people out there in the same boat as me. I actually found someone with the same weight tracker as me (EXACTLY) and the same height and she is AT GOAL. It shows me that my goal is completely do-able.
I've found it helpful to look at people's food/exercise logs so much that I finally turned mine public so that if people want to see what I am doing, they can. I hope to hit goal and keep motivating others.
Good luck and realize that you need to "want" it more than the lifestyle change will inconvenience you.
