Hi, when I first came to Spark People, I focused on the food tracker and Fitness tracker. I was so surprised to see how many calories etc. I was eating. A reality check for sure. Also I recommend checking out some of the work out video's with Coach Nichole. You can acquire Fitness Minutes and Spark Points by doing them. I also joined some challenges which was a great way to get motivated.
