Hi my name is Michelle and I just joined this page today. My main goals are to get back active and in shape. I stopped working out 2 years ago. I use to be very active. I also just quit smoking 3 days ago. I been an on and off smoker since I was 21. I actually quit cold turkey successfully December 2008 but started a year and half later again July 2010 due to much added stressors occurring in my life at the time. Looking for new finess sistas and to share encouragment and motivation with others on here. Have a blessed day!
