It's good to have you back! :-D Summer has been busy for most of us, and you can tell by the number of posts we've had since the Victoria Day weekend.

The Daily Check In thread is still here, it's the one that gets checked the most. Feel right at home and post there, so we can keep in touch.

Glad to hear your back is better, and that you've recommitted to a healthy lifestyle!

Used Sparkpeople ages ago to help lose 35 lbs, which I was mostly able to keep off... then I got a back injury back in the spring, and haven't been able to do my daily walking, or any of my regular exercise, so the pounds are starting to creep up faster than I'm happy with... but the back is getting better, and I need to get back into the swing of things.

As for my life, the new boyfriend is going to diet with me. I don't know if he's going to join Sparkpeople, but I'm going to suggest it.... now just to download the app for my phone.

Already feels good to be back !!
