Welcome back Jass! You're right, it's so easy to let our healthy habits slip when we're not paying attention, and you're especially right that Spark can help us get back to those habits again.

Just back myself. It is so easy to get distracted, I find SparkPeople has so many site options, links, etc, it helps me keep a positive optimistic attitude. Best wishes!

Hi everyone --

*not new to SparkPeople*
However, making my return and hoping to stay consistent and not fall off track again.
Started nursing school in September and lost sight of my healthy journey altogether.
I had previously lost 114 lbs, and i gained about 15-20 lbs of that back.. Rather than get sad about that, i am finding the positives, NOT being hard on myself and throwing myself back in the mix because i'm worth this!

i am in recovery for compulsive eating/food addiction and i have a lot of work ahead of me, this i know.. SO, i am *back* and ready to get back at this full force with you all!
