Welcome Lady. Nice to have you back. I am looking to amp up both outdoor and indoor exercise after October 18, when my work volume should drop to a more normal level.

LadyKrisp, welcome aboard once again! And hopefully this time, you'll make this healthy lifestyle journey FOR and ABOUT YOU first of all!

There are still a few of us posting on the Daily Check-In topic, though I must admit I'm guilty of not popping in enough. But I know from experience when 2-4 people start posting regularly on that topic, at least twice that much pop out of the woodwork and start posting too.
