Welcome Lady. Nice to have you back. I am looking to amp up both outdoor and indoor exercise after October 18, when my work volume should drop to a more normal level.

LadyKrisp, welcome aboard once again! And hopefully this time, you'll make this healthy lifestyle journey FOR and ABOUT YOU first of all!
