There are a bunch of us who gather once a day on the Daily Check-In thread, and I invite you to do the same. Even if it's just a "Hi, I'm still here & still working the program", we'd be happy to hear that much from you.
There's also Weekend Challenges that are issued every Thursday for the upcoming weekend. If you're having problems sticking with your plan on the weekends, I extend the invitation to you as well to join us.

I started at 230 lbs and now have worked my way down to 204 lbs and dropped to 202 as of Christmas. I walk 10000 steps at least 5 times per week weather permitting along with my dog Snoopy. I was on a plateau for a couple of months not losing weight and found out my body was in starvation mode, so started tracking meals and started to lose again. My goal is 185 lbs and then maintain that weight and control my diabetes and cholesterol levels.
I walk the Trans Canada trail along Lawrenctown Beach and now up to 10.2 km on a good day when the weather is great. lots of pictures on my spark page.
