Hi Diane, I've been walking a lot too, and not losing but just maintaining. So I've tried to up the intensity by walking faster and pushing it on the hills, I've also started to jog between light poles if I'm feeling great that day. I have to be careful how hard I push cause some times it takes days to recover but I though I need to do this to lose.
