Hi Tammy. I'm Diane from Moncton, NB but I'm now in Arizona for the winter and will return home shortly. I've been with SP for about 10 months and love it. This winter I've done very poorly but I'm coming back on track. Have lost 30 lbs and I've got another 20 to go. The only advise I can give you is start slowly and keep adding to your program and you'll see it will become a routine. I spend about 1.5 hrs a day on SP. I read a lot of articles and I record all my food. It's the only way to get good results is to take the time for you. Your the most important person when your trying to be healthy.
