like Curves. I can work really hard or slack off if I'm feeling sore and still get some aerobic in. Other than that, I just go for walks a few times a week and do some strength training from the fitness page a couple of times a week. Mostly, I try to watch what I eat and always try to eat before I get hungry so I don't overdo.
Mehar, you are a woman on a mission. You have a definite plan! I would also like to do aquasize so I hope the community pool is open this winter. Great strategy at the movies. I bring my own snacks too. Otherwise,all I can think of is food!
Well, today is our last day in Halifax. We'll be heading back to Cape Breton tomorrow morning. The family is coming over tonight for dinner (my sister and her husband, my brothers - 2, and assorted others. It's hard to get together, I find so we have to make the most of the time we have.
