HEY so happy there is a page for east-coasters!!!
Who else can sympathize with all this crappy weather that makes you want to hibernate!

I realized that the cold this winter was keeping me from my love of exercise. I bought myself the tools to do all my workout at home so I didn't have the excuse of it's too cold to walk outside.
