Hi Cindy. I am new to this team and new to SP. I am motivated seeing your awesome before and after pics!!! Please share your secrets with us (okay, I know the real secret is diet and exercise, but what keeps you motivated? I gained all my weight when I moved away. I've been living in Ontario for 11 years now and have put on more than 100 lbs in that time! My parents are still in Quispamsis and my husband and I try to get there as often as possible.

Thanks everyone,
It"s been really hard to lose those pounds. Especially this week as I'm starting a new job and my birthday is Thursday! I don't care how old you get, you should always have cake on your birthday. :D

Hi everyone,
Just thought I'd introduce myself.
Name is Cindy. I live in Saùint John NB.
Been a member of sparkpeople for a long time now.
I have a team that I run called "Country Music Lovers wanting to lose weight" Unfortunately most of my members are American. It would be great if I lived in the U.S then that way there's local people to help me out. I feel lonely over there though. So if you like country music and are Canadian, come and join the team!
