9. What is the one food that you seem to always crave? Anything that is sugary and oh yes Full Throttles

10. What is one tip you would give to someone new to Spark? Don’t let one set back define you…that goes for life in general

4. What is your SP short term goal? to run consistently 2/3 times a week

5. What is your SP long term goal? to be able to run a 5k without dieing, lol

7. What kind of plan are you on? hope & pray (I am trying to find one I can stick to )

10. What is one tip you would give to someone new to Spark? I'm not sure. I'm back and didn't really take advantage of spark the first time :(

11. Do you have any pets? 2 dogs, 2 cats, fish and whatever the boys manage to bring home
