but not new to etl - i've been a lurker on the etl mailing list for a couple of years, and just recently came back to SP to give myself the push to get rid of the stubborn 5 lbs that keeps coming and going plus another 5 after that.
while i haven't followed etl religiously in the past, i have been increasing the size of our salads (and soups) over the past few months, and i have a feeling we are definitely in etl territory. probably time for me to reread the book as well. i read the china study 4 years ago, and we have been vegan ever since, and read etl shortly thereafter.
