Hi to all. My name is Jeannine and I have been a member of Spark People for about a year. I have lost about 13 pounds but that has only been in the last month or so. I have never really taken full advantage of this site and I want to start doing this. That is why I am introducing myself now. I am a single mom of 2 boys ages 13 and 17. I am about 100 pounds overweight and I need some help keeping motivated and keeping on track. I have friends that are "trying" to lose weight too but I know that I need to have more. I know that everyone on this site is very supportive of everyone else. I need that. My biggest problem is that I eat bi portions. I have been trying to get this under control but it is a work in progress. I have also recently started a running program. So nice to meet you all. Feel free to add me as a friend and you and I can support each other throughout the journey to a healthy lifestyle.
