Starting My Success Story
I want to lose weight in order to be healthier. I have lost 40 or so pounds over the past year and I have roughly 75 pounds to go to get to my ideal weight. I am looking for a place to find motivation in my journey.

My Goals: My ultimate goal is to get my weight down to my ideal range. My ideal weight range is 160 - 176, so that's another 76 - 92 pounds to shed.
My Program: I am counting calories and tracking my exercise.
