My goals are to increase my health and longevity. My driving reasons for my goals are my son (6yrs) and my husband. I waited a long time to have them both in my life and I want to be around as long as possible!
Current Goal: Drop 10% of my weight by Oct 30th. (~1lb/wk)
2nd goal: exercise min. 10min /day.
plan: I plan to work-out at the Y on at least 2 of the days I don't work (my 12 hour shift at the hospital IS a workout!)
3rd goal: 5 fruit/veggies a day
4th goal: stay in
calorie range 5 day/wk
1st GOAL DONE!: Dropped 29 lb between Jan 15th and June 7th.
