My Ultimate Challenge!
I'm here to accomplish something that most people try and fail at several times throughout their lives: achieve and maintain a healthy weight! Ninty percent of people who have lost weight fail to maintain it for five years?! It must be really hard! I'm needing to lose 135 pounds, no small task. I know that when I achieve this, I will have accomplished the greatest thing I have ever done! I've been on SparkPeople for four years, but I finally reached my aha! moment. I know I can lose this weight before I'm 30, no excuses. I have nobody else at home now to distract me! I look forward to sharing my progress :-D

Fitness Minutes: 4,667
1) lose 10#-weigh-in on Sundays
2) reach 631 monthly fitness minutes
3) at least 15 minutes of cardio five days a week
4) total body ST twice a week
5) core ST 1 day a week
6) stay withing calorie range six days a week
7) 10 minute daily exercise streak of 30 days!
I walk and do step aerobics for cardio. I also tried Coach Nicole's 10-minute Cardio Kickboxing video & liked it so much that I'm using for my cross training. I also strength train using the SP generated workouts twice a week, focusing on whole body workout. I like to vary these every two weeks to keep my muscles guessing (and me interested!)
With every completed workout, I put a dollar in my reward jar. Every 10 workouts I will earn a self-loving reward with this money!
