Ooh, I've heard that about the arm. I was with my younger brother when he was getting his first tattoo done (I bought him it for his 18th birthday, which I don't think my parents cared for..hehe), and part of the design went in that area. He's known for having a ridiculous high pain tolerance, and I could see him wince slightly and the eyes water a bit at that part.
I have both my feet completly covered and it hurts more down towards the toe area. Up high was not all too bad, it was a pinic in the park either tho. Out of all of mine my feet hurt the worst. My back i could have slept thru. I'm aiming for a 1/4 of sleeve after my wedding and my fiance says the inner part by the arm pit is killer so i think that will replace my foot pain lol.
to the team! My daughter who is kinda a tattoo wussy got her foot done without fainting so it clearly varies from person to person..lol.
I like living. I have sometimes been wildly, despairingly, acutely miserable, racked with sorrow, but through it all I still know quite certainly that just to be alive is a grand thing. Agatha Christie ----------------------- Kierae - happily maintaining since 1/2009
My husband, too, isn't fond of tattoos. They've grown on him, though, since I already had my 2 when we got together (and he knows I'm too stubborn for him to tell me I can't get another one teehee). I have plans for one this fall (so it's still warm enough for sandals, but I don't have to worry about being in the sun while it's healing) and was thinking about my foot ... It really wasn't so bad, Larrianne???
Hi, I am new to the team. I currently only have One tattoo, it is a Superman emblem in black and pink on my lower back. My husband is totally against tattoo's for religious reasons so I have a lot of work to do to change his mind. I want to get a chinese symbol on the back of my neck and a butterfly on my foot. I have to admit after reading about all the pain of foot tattooe's I'm a little nervous.
