I am returning to Spark with a new determination. I am overweight, Sarcoidosis has left me with 50% lung capacity and I'm a type 2 diabetic. These problems have robbed me of many things in my life (career, social life, etc), but I have met others with similar illnesses that are living life with gusto and they have really motivated me to do the same. I'm so ready to take control of my health and once again have a life I can be passionate about...to be someone my family can be proud of. I'm looking forward to getting to know others on this journey.
