Hello! Welcome to the Team, and to sparkpeople!
Most especially, though, welcome back to the Faith. We missed you when you were gone - as we all struggle when someone is missing, but rejoice with them upon their return!
I agree with you about faith being more a part of you than your weight - how true! It is very important to include our faith in our weight loss or healthy journey. Our body cannot get healthy unless our soul is as well.
Please feel free to ask questions about the site. We have many experienced sparkers in the team.
Come on over and join in our August challenge under the challenges forum. Ask if you have trouble getting there, but you should see it on the main team page.

Unless the Lord builds the house, its builders labour in vain.

Hello and welcome back!
Welcome back. I'm a revert, also. I agree with you - our faith is part of who we are. I take mine with me everywhere!
Love your name.
Best of luck in your Spark journey...

To me it was like going home.

Therefore we do not lose heart. Though... we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day my day....So fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen. for what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal

Just want to introduce myself. I'm a revert Catholic who learned of the SparkPeople site through a post on Catholic Answers Forum.
When I first joined, the first search I did was a search for a Catholic Message board as my faith is more a part of me than my weight is :D I think since our faith is such an intregal part of a person that it's important to include it in all areas of our lives.
Pleased to meet you, and please be patient as I learn how to use this site, it's very foreign to me right now.
