My family is all protestant as well. It can be difficult trying to explain concepts and doctrine when there are a lot of misunderstandings about the faith. Fortunately, my niece's boyfriend is Catholic, as is my nephew's fiancee, so I don't feel alone anymore, lol!
What if we woke up tomorrow with only those things that we thanked God for today?
Michelle, you've come to the right place! I've been challenged and deepened in my faith since joining this team. I hope you have written about your faith journey to the Catholic church. Do you watch EWTN or tune in online to Catholic radio? Among the most popular programs are those featuring converts. You are so very welcome!!! :) Kate

I joined Sparkpeople to help me regain my health and get in shape. However, my Dh, son and I are converts to the Catholic church (as of 2003) and I am always looking for chances to get to know other Catholics. All of my family are Protestants and I often feel isolated as I try to learn more about the Church and learn to apply it to my daily living. I'm very glad that I found this Team!!
