HAHAHA! Kerstin814. Not a problem. I started a diet program with a health clinic that was really extreme (mostly raw vegetables, little meat, no carbs) and it took so much time preparing food and I just lost my focus on a healthy eating plan like SP promotes. I actually lost about 12 pounds but still have 20 to lose. I have to be at about 140 to get listed for a lung transplant.
I came back because I needed the discipline of tracking my meals and recording the exercise. When I'm not tracking food, I have a tendency to eat more without consciously thinking about it. tracking keeps me thinking "Oh I got to write this down" and more aware of what I put in my mouth. And, I found that I needed the community support-team threads and discussions, education, etc.
