Welcome to ExPats. I hope that you are having a good life in Italy. It is difficult to do the diet in another country but you get the hang of it. I have the same circumstance in Puerto Rico but I learned how to adjust the menu. Good luck!

Hi everyone, I am an American married to an Italian. I've been over here for 4 years. Anyone else in Italy?
I joined SparkPeople last month and, although I like it, I'm finding it hard to track because a) we have different products, and b) calorie counts of foods are not always listed on what we do have. I find myself estimating. A lot.
Anyway it'll be nice to swap stories and ideas with other expats. Where's everyone living?
