Hi. I'm a mom of 2 a girl and a boy. I work 12 hour shifts and its hard to stay motivated. One goal is to workout at least 10 minutes a day even the days I work. I use 10 minute trainer and I have a treadmill. On my days off I do 20 minutes of exercise. I am addicted to eating but never realized it until a few months ago when I was talking to someone else who is also. I started to lose weight a few years after my daughter was born. After I had her my daughter my thyroid stopped working right and I gained a lot of weight. After getting on medication is when I decided it was time to lose weight. I lost 36 pounds and then found out I was pregnant with my son. The heaviest I've been is 249. After having my son I was back up to 238. I'm down to 231 today. I have a long way to go. I'm hoping this group will help me stay motivated.
Day by day, step by step and pound by pound. I can and will do it.
Welcome to SP!!! You will get what you put into it! The more active on here you are, the more you'll get out of it.... but then again, it's very addicting, so have a timelimit, or it will suck you in!! lol!

Hello! I am 26 years old and the mother of two little boys ages 5 and 9 1/2 months.
With both my pregnancies I gained between 60-80 pounds each.
I now weigh 215 lbs. My goal is to lose 65 lbs.
