Hi,

I'm Nancy and new to the team. I lost 70 lbs on Weight Watchers several years ago and have maintained it for 6 years. This year, the scales have started creeping back up. I'm ready to lose the extra pounds and get back on track. I've been following the Beck Diet Solution on facebook and plan on reading the book.
