I suggest the "pink" Beck book although the green one is also good --but you don't need both. The workbook is not necessary, just use recipe cards, etc to do what she asks you to do. Wishing you good luck!

Hey everyone! I am new to Spark and new to this team. I don't know much about the Beck Diet or Spark. I do know I need to lose weight and my mind is my biggest problem. I have no motivation to work out or hardly any to cut back on my food. I hope this helps.
