I have found the Beck book to be very helpful. I belong to a group that meets weekly at my church and we are working on the book for about the 4th time. If you commit to the program you will lose weight---- Not that it is easy, but it is true that your MIND is the biggest key to weight loss. Good luck,

Hi my name is Charmaine. I actually bought this book years ago and read the first few pages. It has been collecting dust under my bed for far to long. I dug it out after the binge eating and inactive holidays. I started the book in January and I am very excited to have found this group. I KNOW this book and my determination are finally going to get me where I need to be in life.
