Welcome Isabel. I'll be 58 in April, so we are right on the same path! I have many aches and pains because of fibromyalgia, so I need to be really careful about my exercises. I work out in a warm water therapy pool. The water provides resistance, and if I am feeling stronger, I can also use the dumbbells and noodles, etc.

I've found this Spark group but I also belong to a group that meets weekly at my church and we have used the Beck book as our foundation for a few years now. The step by step process is powerful. Good luck!

I live by Salt Lake City Utah, I am 58 and 80lbs overweight. I stumbled upon the Beck Diet Solutions and I believe this is what I need to help me change my corrupt thinking. I have hurt my knees, elbows and shoulders so if anyone can advise me on the best resistance workout for me I would be grateful. It would be great to get and have the support. Thankyou very much :)
