HI, My name is Nancy and I think I joined this team some years ago under another Spark name. I decided I need to get a handle on the way I think about my eating. I remember this program helped me in the past but as I pulled out my workbook I see I only made it to day 6, unless I switched to an different notebook.
That seems to be my story about changing my eating habits, I cannot seem to stick with a certain method long-term. I do not have much support from other family members. One talks the walk but does not walk it, another doesn't care one way or the other and the other tells me it is my fault that he is gaining weight because I don't cook all the meals.
But this isn't about them, it is about me and I want to learn to respond in a positive manner whenever I encounter the triggers that cause me to overeat foods I know I shouldn't be eating because they are unhealthy.
