Well, the weekend went fairly well until I over-indulged at a family bbq yesterday. I got some new motivation this morning when a friend sent me a head-shot photo of me from her wedding - holy double chin, Batman! I was horrified!
I wrote out the reasons to lose weight and saved them to my computer at home, I just hought of an idea - I will email them to myself, so I can open that email from work and my phone to read them anytime. The index cards are good, but I couldn't find them over the weekend and I don't want to buy yet another pack of them, since the minute I do, I will find the old ones LOL.
I agree. I really want to get turned around, but I have not put in the effort lately. When I did Beck the first time, I really EMBRACED that this was going to take work and that I deserved to put myself as a high priority and take good care of myself. I'm not sure why I can't seem to get started again.

Hi! I went through the Beck book about 18 months ago and it was helping me, but I got out of the habit and re-gained some of the weight I lost. So I returned to the book - and I am writing my response cards today (had to find the index cards...LOL)
