Awesome.... I started doing that however have really slowed down as sometimes I don't have the time right at the moment to do it all at once.....will get there however I notice I am starting to put principles in place....woohoo.... You can do this

Thanks, Deena! I'm glad you like the idea of the spiral-bound index cards. But I've been giving it some thought, and I think it would frustrate me if the cards were no longer in the order I wanted them in. (Yeah, I'm a bit of a perfectionist...LOL) So now I'm thinking of keeping them together with a book ring (punch a hole in the top corner, etc.). That way, if I want to add anything to the order (or otherwise change the order) of the cards, I'll be able to do that. I'll also be able to flip through the cards in the same way as with the spiral-bound cards.
I've been looking at this book for quite some time and have been very interested in using it. Someone just recommended it to me, so my interest was really piqued. I was browsing around a second-hand book store (Half Price Books) yesterday and found a (hardcover) copy for only $6.99!! I couldn't resist---I bought it and have been reading it ever since. I read all of the introductory material (I'm already familiar with CBT, which helps), and today I am on I just finished the first worksheet in the book (writing out my reasons for wanting to lose weight), and now I'm working on putting them in priority order for my Advantage Response Cards. I think I might buy one of those spiral-bound index card "books" for my ARC's. That way I won't lose any of them (one would hope!).
I look forward to meeting all of you, and I look forward to learning more and more about what I need to do to change my thinking so I can lose weight permanently!!
