If you google Judith Beck's website, she has all the worksheets online, as well. I'm using the Diet Solution, and the worksheets from her website. I think either book is fine, but I like the daily step-by-step in the Diet Solution.
I'm also looking for buddies to keep each other accountable! The book calls for weekly and maybe even daily check-ins. Let me know if you want to email each other (maybe a group of us?) to check in with how we're doing.
