Hi everybody. I've had more success at reaching a healthy size and keeping it than any other way. In the past, I has used it with Weight Watchers and almost-daily yoga. Now, I'd like to do it a bit simpler with calorie counting and yoga/walking. My biggest challenge right now, as I am trying to take on each habit before going "whole hog" is to eat sitting down at the table. I'm trying to make the table more pleasant. I'm going to get some placemats and a table runner, maybe some chair pads so the chairs are more comfortable. It always surprises me how hard I have to work to sit down. I notice that I seem to like to eat mindlessly and feel anxious while I'm eating, I enjoy that, so that is my toughest challenge. It works, though. Are people using this group for a diet coach?
