I'm glad you are starting the workbook. There are several of us that are also going through from Day 1 again, like a refresher, and probably some others that are just starting.
It can be confusing to know where to post! One place where people check in just to say hi and tell how life is going would be the Daily Check-In. We also have a thread called Back to Beck, and I have been using that one to say some general things about what I am doing right now to renew my Beck-ness!
We also have threads for every "Day" of Beck, which I never used much in the past, but I am now. These are right on topic for whatever day you are on. So you can share ideas with other people (and even connect with people who posted there in the past or who will post in the future.
We also have the Coaching Corner that has not been used as much lately. But it is a place to post if you have something difficult to decide that you would want to ask your diet coach. So if you have been working at this for three weeks and have not lost any weight, or if you wonder if your modification seems reasonable or not, ... or any kind of Beck problem you are trying to solve. We have a little group of "coaches" who keep an eye on that thread, and anyone is welcome to ask or answer questions.
