I'm new to BDS, but have been on Sparkpeople for a while. I love it! It's been very helpful and Iots of fun. I've lost about 35 pounds all together.
I'm on Day 16, so I'm learning about planning my food ahead, which is new for me. I used to always just eat it, then write it. I can certainly see the value.
What are you doing in Lithuania?! That is so cool that you live there, but probably very hard if you're not from there. Where are you from originally?
