Welcome to the team! I'm new to SP as well and have found this team to be a great support to me. I'm enjoying working my way through the Beck program and having a sounding board and cheering section right here at my fingertips!
Thanks. I think I'm going to really enjoy this book. Its similar to the one I'm already reading. I like to reflect and write what I read and like you said internalize it. Can't wait to begin the Beck Deck Solution.

I don't know about the other book, but I I like the Beck Diet Solution because of the exercises. I'm big on workbooks, so having to do the journaling activities and worksheets really appeals to me. If you like that sort of thing, then you'll like this.
Also, because you're doing the exercises over a 6 week period, you get to really internalize what you learn and it's just enough time to form some really great habits.

Hi. I'm new to SparkPeople and this SparkTeam as well. I'm currently reading "Think Thin, Be Thin: 101 Psychological Ways to Lose Weight". But "The Beck Diet Solution" is the next book on my list and I happened to see this SparkTeam. Can anyone share w/ me what the book is about and how you like the book. I'm really enjoying "Think Thin Be Thin". It's helping me change the way I think which will help me lose weight.
