New Username, seriously new me time. I just got home yesterday from Sunny FL, a week long vacation that added 7lbs to the nonstop growing number I see on the scale. Becks always helped me before, time to start over again.
I'm new here too, and I've been struggling with staying on track. I haven't participated much in teams or forums before and I think that it might help. So I'd be glad to start over with you on the 21st! I'm going to try to comment in the forums for each day and I think knowing that I'm following along with someone else on the same days will help a lot :)

Anyway, I'm still doing a lot of my old Beck stuff, even though not quite as vigorously. I talk about starting over, but have not done it completely ... but still, I do enough to keep off the weight I lost my first time through.

Best wishes for tackling this book again. I do think you have to be ready to make real changes in your life.
I finished the book, but want to re-do some of the days I didn't do completely or feel like I didn't master. I first went back and did the Day 8 chart because I didn't do it the first time. I want to redo the charting hunger, skipping the meal, dealing with cravings, and leaving food on the plate challenges. I did them, but think I could learn more by doing them again.
