Hi all. I've been struggling with my weight forEVER it seems. Up, down, up, down, and I am ready to be done! I've slowly worked my way down 20 pounds since November (couple of up and downs over the holidays) but am still struggling with my love-hate relationship with food. I found the Beck Diet Solution online and am hoping that it will FINALLY help me change the way I THINK about food. I don't want to live the rest of my live "on a diet". I'm usually pretty good with implementing the first 90% of anything but I need to work on finishing strong (as my kids' soccer trainer would say). I am hoping that this group will keep me accountable right through all the steps! Thanks for listening. ~Anne
