Hi,

I stumbled across this team by accident as well. My Beck Diet Solution arrived in the mail this morning along with the workbook. I'm anxious to get started reading both but for now I thought I would just introduce myself.

My name is Susan and I live in Newfoundland, Canada. I joined Spark about 6 months ago and have see-sawed over the past few months. I love psychology so I thought this book might be of some help. I'm so glad there is a Spark Team for us!

Hello.
Not sure how I stumbled onto this, but checked out this book in the library yesterday after hearing about it on SP. I lost 50 lbs with SP four yrs ago, and here I am, trying again. I have only skimmed throught the book, but it looks helpful. Looking forward to advice and motivation from this team.
